Well, I had borrowed this from my friend a while ago.... and I had played it a little and then got bored/frustrated with it, but I forgot why I did... so I had just put it away for awhile. Today, I got bored with all the games I had and I was looking through my Xbox memory and saw the save files I had, so then I found the disk and started playing it...

HOLY CRAP IS THIS GAME CHEAP!

Ok... maybe its not cheap, but especially after playing NGB this game seems to be really cheap, since you don't have a block and it all depends on how fast you can run (not very fast). Especially since the weapons seem to be so unbalanced.... some of the medium vehicles are worse off than the light, and the same with heavy to medium. I really don't get the vehicle/weapon balance, so if someone *points to Sabo* could try to explain it, or what the best vehicle for single player is... I'd be very thankful Very Happy

*hates the game >.>*

Not into Mech games to be honest. Only one's I ever got into was the Zone of the Enders series and that's only because they're fast paced.

I thought the first was better. The reason I liked both of them is because it was fun blowing pretty much everything up. Take it for what it is and try to have fun with it. But NG has a way of messing you up for other games.

I only kept mine because you can soft mod your Xbox with it and I really want to play DOA3.2 but since DOA4 is coming out anyway, I might as well sell it.

How do you do that? I heard about that on the Mechassault board over at GameFAQs, but I was too lazy to ask/research on my own. Just wondering... it might be fun to goof around with some single player games.... I wouldn't wanna get banned from XBL.

If I remember correctly, you need a copy of ME1(Non-Platinum hits), a memory card, action replay and I think something else. I have the link to a tutorial around here somewhere.
