cried at the ending of DMC3? i did... but that was because i didn't know there was a secret ending which let you know Vergil is still alive. i played DMC3 before DMC1 so i didn't know he would become Nelo Angelo.

1.)Ok, Dante is barely 17 in the game. We were all cocky and arrogant around that age and said some cheesy things.
2.)At least Dante has a personality.... Unlike some vague, shallow, and 1 dimensional lead characters. *Ahem, Mr. Hayabusa*
Anyways, DMC series is awesome with it's crazy off the wall action. I loved DMC3. Awesome combo system. Deepest combo system ever to appear in a game actually. Dante has so many moves it's possible to have every single combo thrown out to be completely unique. Your only limited by your imagination.
As for the story... well, it's good for Action Game standards. I liked how Dante's and Vergil's past were fleshed out a bit more. I knew the ending fight scene was coming and I already knew what the outcome of the fight would be. So no, I wasn't sad the least bit during the ending of DMC3.
