I thought that a dedicated Thread for all the Interviews out there shouldn´t hurt.

Here are two current interviews that I stumbled on.

Destructoid: Hands on with Ninja Gaiden 3
http://www.destructoid.com/e3-hands-on-with-ninja-gaiden-3-203553.phtml

Kotaku: What does it feel like to kill a man?
http://ca.kotaku.com/5811577/ninja-gaiden-3-wonders-what-does-it-feel-like-to-kill-a-man

Interesting how the big sites differ in their impressions about NG3 so far.

"Older" Interviews
Ninja Gaiden III: A Cut Above the Rest

4v4 confirmed & Ninja characters only

Ign: Most violent games of E3
http://games.ign.com/articles/117/1175781p3.html

Again the sites are mentioning the impact of cutting someone down, as TM also explained the new approach behind the combat and it´s new feature, the SOB.

Now I really wonder how they going to string this together: More story driven, more Ryu Hayabusa as he ticks inside, connecting this to gameplay elements (UT, maybe Ninpo, upgrading weapons, movments etc.)

If they actually make those elements to some degree plausible and cohesive within the plausibility of a video game like NG, then this could actually turn out quite good.
Though for sure, this could also result in an epic fail.

Sweet.

The video in the last link is new to me. So, there could be a chance to see Ayane in NG3's multiplayer?
I hope TNs not just uses Ninja NPCs from story mode.

Btw, Wanderfalke. What do you mean with "TM"?

They will probably bring back Ayane, Momiji and Rachel again. Which would be the best thing to do really. They could possibly make the one in the mask playable. It would be interesting to use a villain.

Oh boy, there are so many opinions on all the sites out there. I really don´t know what to think about NG3 so far. I was kinda optimistic the las days, but more and more articles give me reasons for scepticism.

Itagaki´s thoughts about NG3

"At E3, I saw you on checking out Ninja Gaiden 3 on the show floor. I was curious to hear your thoughts on how the game is looking.

Itagaki: I was there just watching the trailer, I didn’t really play the game. I did see some of the gameplay. Of course, that game is made by a different team of people. It’s not like I was going to make another one or anything, but I found it completely different from what I would make. More than anything, there was a problem in Sigma II where these blue puffy things would appear [when enemies die] and I thought it was kinda weird. I really worried about the direction of the game, it was just kind of appearing flowing in the air and I thought it really looked funny and strange. But I noticed that they got back to the more violent direction of the game. I didn’t really play it, so I can’t really comment on it. Concept-wise, I think it’s getting back to the real stuff. I don’t think there’s anything I have to worry about."

blah blah blah Itagaki. He just talks nonsense...like always. When Sigma 1 was released he said that the whole game was soooooo awesome. One year later he flamed the game and Hayashi like crazy and made himself looking like a totally idiot.

OF COURSE he will say that Sigma 2 "had/has a problem". And he said that for two reasons:

1.) He would never accept a game which is better and more content rich than one of his own games he made (when he still was @ TN)

2.) cauz he only focused on stupid eye candy. Quantity over quantity, but no quality (or even playtesting :p ) His new game, "Devils Third", pretty much proofed it again. A game I definitely wont buy, btw.

How can you agree with him if he never played the game, like he said? Well, each to their own I think.
And btw, it's a question of liking and disliking. But not a "problem"...

@Wanderfalke

In that article from IGN. Have you seen the last user comment there? It was my first thought as well. xD

@Sath

TM = Team Minja ^^"

I don't seem to recall him saying playable girls was wierd when "he" added Momiji playable in Dragon Sword.

Unless of course you are saying girls in NG is weird. What beef does everyone here have with a woman's company Confused

Not starting or encouraging flame wars here just curious what all the hate is about.

I have a problem with girls in NINJA GAIDEN considering it is suppose to be Ryu's game and have ALL focus on him.
The girls got their own stupids game like the DOA series spin off.

Besides, I Hayashi isnt very good at imagining attack animations, not int he same caliber as Itagaki, hence makes the girls as a tacked on (NGS2 is proof of that).

Only one worth using was Ayane.

No more playable girls in NG, but knowing Hayashi the guy is horny and will add them.
Atleast add Hayate if he tends to add DOA characters.
