i am actually like both consoles the same.
the topic isn't X360 vs. PS3, it's about NG2 and NGS2. Boxing

Vueguy, you are right, this isnt a 360 vs PS3 thread, but it will turn into one...all comparisons do in the end.
Thats why we try to stay away from such a thing.

Intent of this aside, the comparison can be taken with a grain of salt for obvious reasons. If you're interested in a good comparison for kicks, keep an eye out on Eurogamer's Digital Foundry or Lens of Truth. I'd go with the former because they have great capturing equipment.

Both games are diffrent in gameplay. they both look good. they kind of balance each other out. no need to compare.

If there is a definite improvement that can be said on NGS2's visuals from NG2, it's Ryu's feet.
They have texture and boot soles now! Even NGO had boot sole texture! Razz

I meant the NGS2 is more likely to be balanced out more than NG2 was. Ng2 was had people coming from all angles. Sigma 2 that looks like that isnt the case, You had TOVs in NG2. Sigma wont. im just saying they are both on equal playing fields.

Well you saying didnt make sense thats why.
The gameplay is exactly the same, but they reduced the amount of enemies coming at you, so there are no NG2 hordes. Its more NG1 simple as that.

Did they reduce the amount of enemies? All I've seen so far was Ayane's "Mentor demo", Acolyte mode and several co-op videos. The most I've seen from those Acolyte videos was 4 ninja enemies.

If you look at NG2 Acolyte mode, the maximum enemy count doesn't increase from 4 ninja enemies either even on later chapters (except the staircase of doom). All I've heard is that the game is more balanced and "accessible" with tweaks to weapon upgrades and possibly the health upgrades.

I haven't seen any aggressive IS ninja yet tho.

I just said from what I saw, but now I checked again and the TKE demo showed more ninjas on the very beginning like NG2.
But no, I have yet to see Is ninjas as well.

This game ha smany unkown stuff for us NG fans that experienced NG2 and want to know whats up with NGS2.
I hope the demos has various difficulties so we can see how aggressive and "cheap" the AI is willing to go.

Hopefully the demo is like NGS1 and not NG2. I liked having access to the weapons and difficulty modes.

But if they give us a short segment with Ryu and a short one with Ayane, that will be good as well. A co-op mission or two included would be nice also.

Yo Vueguy, despite the error, appreciate the effort. Keep us posted with any new info. Not everybody has Cyberevil's connections.
