Hello
When you set up your email account on your device, iOS automatically uses the correct account settings for many email providers.
To make sure that your account settings are correct, compare the settings in the Mail app to the settings for your email account:
Go to Settings > Accounts & Passwords and tap your email account.
Tap your email address next to Account to see the account information, such as the incoming and outgoing mail servers.
Check the recommended settings for your email account in the Mail Settings Lookup tool and make sure that they’re the same as what you see on your screen. If you don’t see the settings for your email account, contact your email provider or system administrator.

Hello,
Fixing not sending problem on iPhone 7: If you find that all the information entered by you is correct in your knowledge, then tap on ‘Settings’> Mail and contacts> tap on Mediacom email from the list of accounts. Delete the account. This will delete the account from iPhone only. Re-add the account and enter the details for login. Enter the email address and password along with the other personal details to re-add the account.
Reset your Password from the iPhone 7: If you find that the password for your email is working fine but not working on your iPhone 7, then reset it from your phone itself. For this, you can take help from Mediacom help link. You can even use the same password again for the email login.
