Hello Friends,

I am facing a problem related to netflix activate. I want to activate netflix on smart TV. But, i'm getting error massage whenever trying to activate the device.So anyone can suggest me how to fix this problem.

Hi,

If you see an error message when trying to activate your TV. then it means some problem in the internet connection

Here are the troubleshooting steps to get rid of the issue.
1. Test the internet connection
2. Refresh the Netflix app
3. Check date and time in the device

Netflix isn't working, you may be experiencing a network connectivity issue, an issue with your device, or an issue with your Netflix app or account. To get back to watching, first check if there is an error code or error message on-screen.

Hello

-Pull up the deactivation screen by entering the following sequence using the arrow keys on your device's remote:
-Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up, Up, Up
-Select Reset.
-If you do not see Reset, select Sign Out or Deactivate.
-Once you are signed out, sign back in and try Netflix again.
