Ok, today at school my friend was showing me a self defense move and he did it oo hard and busted up my shoulder. There was a huge crack and I went into a mild shock. I got up walked to the office with him then they checked it out. It's not dislocated but I may have a torn ligiment in my shoulder. I had my x - ray today but no results yet. I may have my Ultrasound tomorrow and then that's it, hopefully. The only treatment for anything is just rest. Nice friend you have. I suggest that when you get better, you take a baseball bat with you and yell "DEFEND AGAINST THIS!" and hit him so hard he will hear more then just a crack. That'll teach him. _________________
