In development for the 360, no other platforms have been announced. Details are scarce, so we can only think where/what/how it will be.

*Hopes for a themepark-setting*

Theme-park? Bad idea. Most of your weapons would consist of Teddy Bears and other useless stuff like that. Your arsenal would be pretty limited and boring. You really wouldn't be able to change into different outfits as well. Besides souvenir type clothing, your wardrobe list would be pretty limited. Say good bye to pimp suits. Theme-parks are usually crowded as hell to begin with with rides and concession stands all over the place so good luck navigating through an already cramped area with zombies taking up more of the precious space. The game being based in a theme park would be terrible.

I was thinking of an insane and radically designed museum for a setting. That'd be pretty interesting. I can imagine going to the Dino Section of the museum, picking up a giant T-Rex skull, and doing a Pac-Man impersonation as I chomp through zombies left and right. That'd be hilarious to see. Laughing

Meh, was an idea since I work at one so I thought it would be nice. And there's so many stuff to play around with.

A museum does sound nice, although an airfield would be even cooler. Or a Zoo.

Indeed. Toss zombies into a lion pit. Have the polar bears play ball with a zombiehead. Throw pengiuns at zombies. Use rhino-horns as melee-weapons. And that is from the back of my head.

Maybe you could roam around a town this time?

like , a freeroam town like san andreas , and you go into various stores , find survivors being killed here and there .

I think then it would be too much like Resident Evil 2 and 3. Those played in towns as well. I still think that finding a location will be the hardest part. Or they already have one.

if i am right, Resident evil is more like prerendered areas in a city , not a big city in which you are free to go wherever you feel like .

Perhaps a city as long as you could enter every building. The game would come in a DVD box set though.

Indeed. Or the half of the city would be in ruins. But you could enter the sewer. A nearby power plant. The police station. Heck, the list goes on and on. I'm curious if, and only IF, they manage to pull it off. But we're talking Capcom here.

Cool, but too Silent Hill-y.

They NEED more RE references in DR2. Maybe a Leon Cotume if its a city? A Barry's .44 Magnum? A message saying "There is a carving of an armor"? The list is endless. Ooh, ooh, a super Vickers Zombie!
