That is what the Japanese version of Ninja Gaiden is called: Ninja Ryukenden. As far as I know, it has no other meaning.

Swedish for "Masakado is the master of life AND death,"
French for "Give Masakado your money,"
and Mexican for "I'm stealing this joke, but it should still be funny."
