If you really want to lose the excess weight really fast, then drinking 8-10 glasses of water per day is a great way to boost your metabolism so you can burn the fat fast. Another great benefit of having water is that it also help to detoxify your body by flushing out toxins from your colon.

The hardest of them all! Get some exercises! This is actually the hardest for most people. They either don't have the time to do it or they are too lazy to try. Now it doesn't have to be so hard. Here is what I did when I was on my quest to lose weight: I got myself a treadmill.
