In this thread you can elaborate on the additions you love, and the one's you can't live with out.
I'll show you what I mean!
I just watched the Qore interview with Hayashi where he said upon beating MN you'd be awarded a golden bar of health that would be like a badge of honor. Finally I have real reason to beat MN!
It was also revealed to me by Sath that my beloved Ashtar costume would appear in sigma 2.
Co-op was something that I remember I wanted in NG and they delivered that too.
And I can still get my favorite weapon DC&TF. All of this is big news to me because was never able to fully enjoy NG2 before my 360 kicked bucket.
I'm just alittle worried about succesive play being scrapped.
In the other gaidens everytime they added something they got rid of something else. I'm not incredibly worried, because the golden bar could mean your equipment carries far beyond the difficulty of your choosing.

i like the i idea of the gold health bar but i hope its just not the NG2 health bar that’s been copied and pasted in to NGS2
but yeh it’s a nice incentive to beat MN,
i wonder if they’re going to give a gamer pic like they did in NG2 when you found all the crystal skulls _________________

The Good
- PS3 version (free online!)
- Co-op
- multiple characters to play as (Joe might happen if that artwork from Qore is any hint).
- New music (even some old awesome ones from NG1...please return Emperor and Burn Away music!)
- New cutscenes
- Best of all NG series into one full package
- Ashtar outfit is back!
- Ayane and Momiji having awesome alternate outfits, clothing...unlike Ryu *sigh*
- Video recording is back...hopefully with MORE features, such as uploading directly to youtube or saving it to HDD and copying it to USB.
The Bad
- The essences looks small, sometimes can't see them from far away.
- Can't tell how much I get in yellow essence considering all the colors are small.
- The healthbar doesn't look good and stylish like NGS and NG2.
- No other weapons available for the girls from what has been showned.
- limbs doesn't stay but they dissapear once you cut them. For example, you cut the head from the body, the head dissapears with the mist.
- Sweden has yet to see any Collectors Edition...yet.
- Lives of the Thousand Gods item will automatically regenerate your health once you pick it up, big issue considering I tend to save them when my health is low enough or just need it.
- No ninpo image showcase. How am I suppose to know what ninpo I have chosen for Ryu after a few hours of break, annoying were I have to go to the item menu.
- Not likely to be any IN-GAME XMB for CUSTOM MUSIC!
- Rachel
- MN achievement for a gold one still sucks, unless its a new DESIGN and not just a colorswap.
I expected a new SECRET mode or a new secret playable character, something that has to do with actual gameplay or big visual change. Ah well, I doubt I will play MNM, unless the gold healthbar is looking awesome enough.

It's not set on stone, thats only what I have seen, not experienced so it could change once I do experience the game...demo most likely.

It's sony and Sony sucks with such features. How many months have gone and we have yet to see awesome new avatars. Believe me I want NGS2 avatars but the only awesome they got is Altair and Alex Mercer, ut considering i am not a big fan of those games I am not gonna pick them. |

Good:
- my purple goddess playable in a NG game
- more missions
- the return of some of my favourite enemies/bosses from NG1
- more chapters
- reduced gore (looks better IMO, like the first NG games. I'm no gore hater, btw)
- Dabilahro
Bad:
- too much playable chars
- altough it got some graphical updates the water still looks cheap and ugly
- Rachels return (but at least she has a better distance weapon now >_>)
- only one weapon, ninpo and projectile for the new chars
- loading times
- not enough interaction for both players in coop-mode (only the coop-ninpo-attack) _________________

It's not Dabilharo its Enma.
I forgot, loading times, especially the co-op, my god thats too much.
Water does look ugly, but not in the Tokoy level though, thought it looked good enough. but the Elizabet level it looked bad. |

Wouldn't work.
Each counter attack is a limb removal and considering the main characters limbs doesn't get cut off this wouldn't work...unless they make a strong visual effect when you do a counter attack to make an exception for versus.
But in my opiunion, no versus, co-op is fine as it is with SP. |

I know what you mean, one of the best aspects of NG1 was to fight Fiend Ryu.
But I do liked the black/dark blue outfit version of Ashtar than the black and red though, but ah well. |

The Good:
-Momiji, Ayane, and Rachel playable (each with different fighting style and attributes)
-Online co-op (offline co-op with AI, "I wish there would be 2 players offline splitscreen")
-New bosses
-New and return enemies from NGS
-New weapons
-New cut-scenes
-Better graphic
-Gold bar to tell others players we beat MNM
-Better i-frame color (I dislike NG2 i-frame flashing white)
-Less annoying game over screen (I hate how Ryu died in NG2 where he got back up and fall down again lol, and the screen go yellow and I hate it)
The Bad:
-Gore got tone down (I am not really care about gore anyway)
-The stupid dash is still in (I prefer the roll from NGB/S more)
-Slowdown on that bridge co-op fight (the other 2 stages don't have slowdown on that demo)
