I'm trying to figure out how to make a sig. Could someone tell me what a URL is?

A URL (Uniform Resource Locator) is the location on the internet where your signature art is located. http://www.photobucket.com/whoever/yoursig.jpg or something like that.

Are you trying to make a signature (like using a graphics program like photoshop to make a design) or get it to display in the forums?

Ok, what you are looking for is photobucket.com

Go there upload photos, get the IMG code and copy/paste it somewhere...

This is what you want.

now, this is what it looks like

what you need to do to that IMG code is replace the parenthesis with brackets.

You can use paint because it's more accurate then Photobucket.

Or you can you PScs3.
