... good.
Wow, I'm seriously impressed. My brother and I went to our local Movie Gallery to pick up some games to rent because we were bored. I picked up Doom 3 (XBOX) and Darkwatch (XBOX) while my brother grabbed Forza Motorsports (XBOX) and Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3 (PS2). Yea, I know, I know, DBZ is the lame but me and my brother absolutely loved the show back in the day. Anyways, I asked him why he picked it up and he just replied, "If might be fun to fool around with and beat the crap outta' you." I laughed but accepted his challenge. We got home and we fired it up and I was instantly struck with fond memories of the series while I scrolled through the available characters before I finally settled on my favorite, Goku. My brother of course being the annoying person he is picked Goku as well. My brother does this all the time, no matter which fighting game we play whoever I pick he'll pick the same character and start his "MIRROR MATCH" chant followed by his impersonation of battle drums blaring. Words can't really describe how funny it is to see him to do this every time we play.
Anyways, the match starts and we instantly backed away from each other to figure out what button does what. Once we got accustomed to the controls we went at it. I whooped his ass, the next match he whooped mine, and as the match count raises we slowly start to see that this game actually has some depth to it. So we put our battles on hold for the moment to take a character into Training Mode just to see how much depth this game has. Surprisingly, there's ALOT of depth. We're still figuring stuff out. So after about 2 to 3 hours of just constant messing around, experimenting, unlocking characters, and unlocking Skills we resume our Duels. I pick Goku but this time my brother picks his favorite, Vegeta. We both had our 'Custom' characters (Custom characters are basically your version of the fighter with the skills you equipped) and we instantly knew this was going to be a good fight. Match starts and my brother wastes NO TIME getting on my ass. I try my best to dodge and defend against his moves but the whole time I'm losing energy, he's gaining energy. Knowing that he's going to slam me with a power move anytime I quickly teleport behind him and go on the offensive.
What followed next was seriously poetry in motion, counters happening everywhere, energy blasts flying here, bodies flying there. It was seriously like watching the show. It was incredibly cool to watch. The match was a constant tug-of-war and when it came down to the end we both shot our power moves at the same time which resulted in a beam struggle. We both frantically started rotating our control sticks to gain the upper hand because we both knew whoever got hit was dead. My brothers beam was overshadowing mine and I started rotating my control stick so fast I swear the thing was going to pop off. He ended up beating me but man, it was one of those honorable defeats. My brother started doing his "Who's the man" routine and I'm just sitting there going "Shuddup and sit down. I want a rematch." We ended up playing for about 2 hours afterwords.
If any of you were even remotely interested in the series back in the day then I suggest you check this game out. The game definitely does the show some justice.
EDIT: OH! Almost forgot, DarkWatch sucks... _________________

I wouldn't say amazing, but it is good. I'd put it a tier below DOA and Tekken. It's fast paced and combo heavy like those 2 games, but there are some slight character inbalances and some capsule set-ups are just cheap. But still, it's surprisingly good for a game that's meant to be aimed at the younger crowd. _________________

That's one game they should port to Xbox. Getting some variety in my fighting games. _________________

Let's see now:
Soul Caliber 2
Guilty Gear X2 #Reload
DOA Series
Street Fighter Anniversary Collection (Street Fighter III:3rd Strike included )
Capcom VS SNK
Marvel VS Capcom
Only big name fighters XBOX is missing is Tekken and Virtua Fighter. I think that covers the variety in fighters anyways. _________________

Dunno, Budokai 2 didn't go to XBOX. I don't think Budokai 3 will either. _________________

I thought DBZ Budokai 1 was released on XBOX? I know it was released for Gamecube. Pretty dumb just to bring it to 2 systems... _________________

Atari doesn't seem to have faith in the most powerful system of this generation _________________

Maybe they'll release the new DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi (OR whatever it's called) out for multiple systems. _________________

Yeah there is, but somehow I just know that there isn't going to be a decent DBZ-fighter on the Xbox. _________________
