My highest as of yet is 11.448.853 on Normal. I know this can at least be doubled. The point is, how do I do this, without sacrificing (too much of) my Chapter bonuses? Any ideas?

I dunno, I guess just fight every encounter that you can twice. Maybe 3 times for certain encounters.

I do that most of the time (sometimes even 4 times), but I don't get much more after that.

Well, doing it more than 3 times is pretty much just a waste of time because the Time and Kill bonus you get is worthless. I guess another thing you can try is to beat every single encounter as fast as possible. Doing this will give you a nice kill bonus.

Yeah that works too. I even reset the game if it doesn't go as planned.

Hell yeah man, without the soft reset trick it would've required me to get off my ass and push the reset button. Those are seconds that could be put to good use perfecting my Intercept. Laughing

I think they're the only developer that does that for XBOX. I know Capcom does it for the DMC series but I can't really think of any other developer that does the soft reset trick. More of them should, it's such a handy little feature.

True that.

Ontopic: I'm going to do all the encounters at least twice from this point on (which can be done twice that is). We'll see what my score is later.

Remember:

The faster you kill, the bigger the reward. (In this case the reward being the Karma points.)

Indeed. I'll always try the fastest way to kill the enemies, but sometimes the AI won't let me Razz

I hate to be stupid, but what is the soft reset trick?

To answer your question about karma farming, you have to pretty much forget about getting your end of chapter clear time and refight as many times as you can and get as many hits as you can. 500 points is still 500 points. It is very boring and I quit after chapter 6. Weibull has a file at his site that tells how Snapdragon got his 20 million score. Check it out.

Soft reset trick: hold Back + Start for two seconds and the game will reset to the Team Ninja Intro.

EDIT: What is Weibull's site?
