This is true, and MK lacks in the gameplay department IMO. Therefore, IMO, DOA>MK.

As for the 'extras' in a fighting game, generally fighting games lack in the extra options. At least most good ones do. They get their longetivity from competitive play and that more than makes up for any kind of extra to be unlocked. I've racked up over 1,000 gameplay hours in DOAU. That's way more than my money's worth.

I like MKD and DOAU the same. I am not crazy about Halo CE and especially 2. The Dual welding was so broken!

I could give a complete synopsis of what Halo CE has done that is extremely revolutionary and innovative. But sadly, people: JUST. DON'T. GET. IT. Everything Halo CE did was revolutionary and innovative. Most people playing it didn't even realise this. The reason being, Halo CE made everything feel completely natural.

People don't even notice the influence Halo CE has had on every other FPS'er since it's release. I'm sorry, but when someone says "I don't see what's so special about Halo CE" I just laugh because I know they must not know much about game design. Harsh as that may sound, it's the truth.

I do know that Halo revolutionized the Contol of FPS (it wasnt the first game with Dual control tho) but it made most games use L for grenades, ect.
