|Carbohydrates often get a bad reputation as a cause of obesity. So many people who often avoid carbohydrates and even eliminate it to gain ideal weight.
In fact, carbohydrates are essential nutrients your body needs as the most accessible energy source, keeping you energized and vibrant.
So, even when on a diet, there is nothing wrong eating a favorite carbohydrate, such as rice or pasta, during consumption at the most appropriate time. In other words, carbohydrate intake at a certain time justu can help the body burn more fat. And that time is different between men and women.
A study at the University of Surrey in England found that when men eat carbohydrates after exercise , the male body will burn more fat in three hours after exercise than if men eat carbohydrates before exercise.

That is, carbohydrates can be good friends if men consume after moderate exercise for at least 50 minutes or after exercise HIIT. As for women just the opposite; enjoy one hour of carbohydrate intake before exercising for 40 minutes or before the HIIT exercise, for more fat burners.
To confirm the results, the researchers teamed up with a BBC Trust Me health show. This time, the subject of men and women took three classes of practice; Zumba, HIIT, and running, a weekly routine for a month and taking carbohydrate ingredients before and after exercise.
The results are the same, men who eat carbohydrates after exercise and women who eat before exercise, can burn more fat. So the fat in the body will not be buried.

According to study author Adam Collins, Ph.D., there is ample evidence that for men, exercising without carbohydrate intake can create muscle adaptation to burn more fat. But to keep exercise energized, take a little carbohydrates from the fruit, like apples or bananas followed by protein drinks one hour before exercise.
